Sipwell makes drinking enough water every day simple and a little more fun. It gives you a personal daily goal, lets you log a drink with a single tap and shows your progress as a bottle that slowly fills with water.
When you first open the app you enter your weight and how active you are, and Sipwell suggests a daily goal that fits you. You can change that goal manually at any time and choose whether you prefer milliliters or fluid ounces.
Logging is quick. Buttons for 150, 250 and 500 milliliters cover the most common glasses and bottles, and a custom amount is always available for anything else. You can mark each drink as water, tea, coffee, juice or something else, and any entry can be undone, edited or removed with a swipe.
The animated bottle is the heart of the app. Water rises inside it as you get closer to your goal, gentle waves move on the surface and small bubbles appear every time you add a drink. When you reach one hundred percent of your goal, a short celebration marks the moment, and a soft drop sound accompanies every sip unless you turn sounds off.
The history screen shows charts for the last seven and thirty days with your goal line, your current streak of successful days, your daily average and how often you reached your target. You can open any day to see its drinks and correct them if needed. A small collection of hydration tips offers friendly everyday advice.
Sipwell works fully offline, needs no permissions, no account and no internet connection, and it has no ads. Your data stays on your device. Goals and tips are general estimates and are not medical advice.
