SIPGAR is an application for recording a person's physical condition examination which is carried out within a certain time using the Rockport method.

Rockport is one method of measuring physical fitness by calculating the travel time of a person while traveling a 1600 meter track. Rockport is a measure of cardiopulmonary fitness which is one of the biggest components that affect a person's fitness.

Fit is a physical health status that can be obtained by a person both sick and healthy. With a fit condition a person can be more productive.

To get physical fitness, so that it can encourage someone to be healthy mentally and physically

The application is not applicable, the user must continue to pay attention to the cellphone screen, this is very dangerous and interferes with concentration during exercise, the application often turns off even though it is running in an area where the provider signal is good, when it turns off the application closes without any mileage history, the application cannot share the screen with other applications, it really needs to be upgraded so that it is more applicable

it's very useful and give me more funtion for identifying work out data.

Everything about this app feels so amateurish, disorganized, and unprofessional. Though the concerns are small, they're plenty to be found that would stack up onto a frustrating experience. I've encountered 5 bugs in the first 20 minutes of signing in alone.
