Like many others, used the older version of app. Now forces you to upgrade. Doesnt let you activate an ID thats not attached to an account. Which is the entire point of putting the free trial on a car before it rolls off the lot. Hard enough to close a deal without having to call in to their support to start a trial. No wonder SXM is dying.

Location requirement doesn 't work well, frequently says can't locate you, even outside in open area. Why location requirement, already required car Id to be in system. App worked much better without location. Since about Summer 2022 app mandatory upgrade results in app claiming I am offline and therefore cannot trial activate Xm. Tried different phone with same results. Xm's loss with its bad app. 11/15/22 Another upgrade, now it works sometimes, need to keep restarting phone to make app work.

I keep getting; The Radio id you entered is not active on an account. I wasn't getting this a few weeks ago, all was working well, then once again another update caused the App to keep failing.
