Elevo brings together what you do at the gym and what you eat, all in one place.

Designed by a personal trainer for his own clients, the app is used daily at the gym before being offered to others. Everything in it is real-world experience.

RECORD YOUR WORKOUTS
Note your exercises, sets, weights, and reps throughout your workout. See at a glance what you did last time and track your progress over time. Supersets, rest timers, back-to-back workouts: everything you need, without the unnecessary features.

A CUTTING-EDGE EXERCISE CATALOGUE
Over a thousand exercises, filterable by muscle group, with instructions. Keep the ones you use, discard the rest: your catalog is tailored to you.

KEEP YOUR FOOD DIARY
Search for a food by name or scan its barcode. Create your own recipes, review yesterday's meal in one click, and add your favorite foods. Calories and macronutrients are calculated throughout the day.

There's even a library of recipes with macros ready to add to your diary or shopping list!

GOALS CALCULATED FOR YOU
Based on your height, weight, and activity level, Elevo suggests calorie goals and a macronutrient breakdown. You're free to adjust them: they're guidelines, not rules.

TRACK YOUR WEIGHT AND MEASUREMENTS
Weight, measurements, and body composition: record them whenever you want, and see trends over time rather than just day by day.

WITH OR WITHOUT A COACH
Elevo can be used on its own. If you are working with a coach through Elevo Coach, they can share your programs with you and track your progress.

YOUR DATA BELONGS TO YOU
Data hosted in Switzerland. No advertising, no trackers, no data resale. You can export your entire account or delete it permanently directly from the app.
