About this app

SC Warehouse is the companion mobile app for warehouse staff using the SiteConnex logistics dispatch platform. Manage outbound preparation tasks, update order status, and coordinate with drivers — all from your phone.

• Outbound task list — View all stops requiring warehouse preparation, organised by date
• Status management — Move tasks through the preparation workflow: preparing, ready, and done
• Task details — See order reference, weight, volume, scheduled time and customer information

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign in with the credentials provided by your company administrator
2. View outbound tasks that require warehouse preparation
3. Mark tasks as "Preparing" when you begin packing an order
4. Mark tasks as "Ready" when the order is packed and staged for pickup
5. Drivers are notified when orders are ready for collection

SC Warehouse works with the SiteConnex web dashboard. Your company administrator manages jobs, assigns warehouse tasks, and coordinates between warehouse and driver teams.

REQUIREMENTS

• An active SiteConnex company account is required
• Your company administrator must create a warehouse account for you
• Internet connection required for syncing tasks and uploading attachments

What’s new

Warehouse tasks are now grouped by date, vehicle and run, so everything going out on the same truck sits together.

The task list now opens with a section already expanded instead of a wall of collapsed headers, and past unfinished tasks are collected into a single Overdue section.
