I need to use this app often. I upgraded my phone to the Pixel 11 and now the app won't even open. very inconvenient as a supervisor. I have reinstalled it multiple times with the same results. sent an email to tech support. they elevated it... however still stuck.

Had to get a new phone (Google Pixel 11 pro) and app will not launch and this has happened every time I get a new phone. They never seem to have compatibility with new phones. Cleared all cache and reinstalled but no change.

Freezes and crashes every 3 minutes. Very inconvenient when filling out forms is time sensitive, numerous other glitches and problems especially since an update near the end of last year. Attempted use on multiple different devices including devices released as recently as last year with consistent problems related to performance and strange issues that keep popping up. The website app also experiences similar problems. Unacceptable for program that has this simple of a workflow.
