You're just one shovel away from the diamond.
At least that's what every mine owner says.
"This is why 99% of people will never find a diamond" is a satirical QTE mining game. You'll play as a miner, swinging your pickaxe through various absurd mines, challenging your reflexes, stamina, and a bit of life endurance.
Each dig requires precise timing of the QTE:
Perfect advances the furthest, Great is barely progress, and Miss only consumes stamina, making you rethink whether your efforts are even worthwhile.
Game Features:
- Satirical Mining Theme: Dig deep into success stories, trends, overtime, internet traffic, and entrepreneurial myths.
- Simple but Stressful QTE Controls: The closer you get to the target, the smaller the hit zone, and the more unstable the pointer becomes.
- Multiple Themed Mines: Ordinary Mine, Sweatshop Mine, Leek Farm Mine, AI Gold Mine, Startup Pitfall, Influencer Traffic Mine, etc.
- Each mine offers a different level of difficulty and feel: some are long, some are chaotic, and some seem promising.
- Collect evidence and uncover the truth: you might dig up diamonds, or you might find some less pleasant reality.
- Stamina system: When your stamina runs out, you can use stamina vouchers or watch reward ads to continue the challenge.
This isn't a game that teaches you how to succeed.
This is a game that makes you question who first uttered the phrase "as long as you work hard, you will succeed."
People always believe that as long as they persevere, they will find diamonds, but in reality, 99% of people will not find diamonds no matter how long they persevere!
