Caiioo is an AI assistant and orchestration platform designed to give you direct control over AI models, tools, and workflows while keeping your data and keys in your hands.


KEY CAPABILITIES

Model flexibility (bring your own keys) — Switch seamlessly between major AI models such as Claude, GPT and Gemini, and hundreds of others, using your own API keys. Change models mid-conversation without losing context, and run entirely offline against a local model with Ollama.

Extensive tool integration and automation

Document editing (Slate) — Creates and edits code, notes, and documents in real time with tracked changes, diffs, and inline suggestions. Spreadsheets carry cell-level tracked changes. Exports to DOCX, PDF, or Markdown.

Browsing — Reads and works with web pages from inside the app.

Google Workspace and personal apps — Integrates with Gmail and Drive, plus Docs, Sheets and Calendar, alongside the calendar and reminders already on your phone.

Image generation and voice — Multimodal tools and image generation models, with results inline, plus streaming speech in both directions.

Multi-device and private sync — Run complex agent workflows on a primary host device, such as your Mac or desktop server, while controlling or monitoring them from your phone. Your conversations and history stay on your devices, your backups are encrypted before they leave, and your machines sync directly with one another over your own private, end-to-end encrypted network.

Customizable modes and skills — Create reusable prompt templates (Skills) and tailored agent configurations (Modes, or Personal Apps) that build up compounding context and personalization over time.

Extend it further — Connect any MCP server or REST API and Caiioo gains those tools too.

What’s new

Your phone finishes what it started. Lock your device mid-thought and the conversation still reaches your other devices — the app now sends what it is holding as it goes to sleep, and retries anything left over next time you open it. Devices also tell each other what they are carrying, so one that is behind shows it straight away.
