While I love 16 Handles, the app sucks. I try to add gift cards but it keeps saying it fails and to check your info even though I'm inputting everything correctly. Then when I go to deliver, the delivery fee is $4.99 which is ridiculous, but then I also need to have a minimum $15 before I can confirm a delivery order. Please fix your app.

App doesn't let me log in. Asks for my email and password, I enter them, then it tells me it already has that phone number on record and I don't need to make a new account. I clicked on Log In, not create an account. Useless app, please fix it.

Says I have $5 in rewards, which is great, except that the guy at the store scans it and just shrugs his l shoulders when nothing happens. So now, it seems I have given them my phone number and email for nothing. Don't fall for it.
