Changed phones and now I can't login or register. Keeps saying... Error Something went wrong. Please try gain. I've tried numerous times. Uninstaled and reinstalled app after checking that it was updated. Cleared cache, deleted data... I've tried everything. No joy. ... And I've used it for a while, even recommended to family, friends and colleagues to get it.

Emergency response is quick but that's it. None of the live family tracking ever works, despite giving all the correct permissions. Always says "No recent updates". Not worth the money. Either stick with the free version or use something else more reliable like Family 360.

app doesn't go further then choose account after downloading has been asking help for months now nobody is resolving the issue had the paid version I changed my phone and start having this issue now
