Siza is a world class multi-channel digital bank platform powered by Siza Microfinance Bank Ltd. Our digital bank is focused on financial inclusion that delivers self service digital banking for Elites and remote Customers.

a) Digital Onboarding: Our strategy is to provide digital onboarding for individual customers and also for SMEs who wish to run either a company account or a merchant account. Our onboarding includes provision of personal details contact details and biometric data in terms of photo capture, liveliness verification and BVN and then NIN.

b) Personal Accounts: Our platform provides the functionality for users to create personal profile based and a personal account that will be linked to their personal profile.

c) Company Account: Business owners can create their Company Profiles using their CAC and other documents and also create Company Accounts that are linked to the Company Profile.

d) Merchants Accounts:
Our system offers a separate application for merchants who operate either online store or physical store or both. Our merchant platform ensures that Users who own registered companies in CAC are able to run their physical or online stores using a digital payment platform that offers invoicing, payment collection via transfer, POS and QR Codes.

e) Transfer: Our system can be used by our account holders to carry out very fast transactions in real time between bank accounts in our bank or to bank accounts in all other banks in Nigeria. Our system provides automated event status change for all transactions which will automatically update transaction status from pending to success or failed. Every debited amount is automatically refunded for failed Transactions.

f) Payment: Part of our key strategy is to provide seamless payment functionalities for our account holders who wish to make payment to specific service providers such as data, airtime, bookings, educational fees, bills and other forms of payments.

g) Loans: Loans forms parts of our key Products. We are offering different types of Loans based on flexible terms that will meet our financial inclusions strategy to provide banking services for individuals, traders and small business owners.

h) Savings: Our Savings modules provides very flexible terms that will enable the customers to choose when and how they want to save their money.

i) Cards: Our system will allow Customers to have access to real time request of digital cards or physical cards that can be delivered to their location. We are partnering with a license card issue company to ensure seamless digital card issuance and integration of the cards with our customer accounts.

j) Customer Service:
We offer digital customer service via email, chats, phone and automated frequently asked questions (AI FAQ Agent). This will enable our customers to have access to 24/7 support services and minimize the traffic on our Customer Care.

k) Analytics and Statement:
Our system generates all forms of analytics and statements that enables the customer to manage their finance. Our reports provides insights to customer in terms of their Income, Assets, Expenses and Liabilities. Our customers can also generate their bank statements from any of the bank accounts without having to visit any physical of office.
