New app seems to be 2 steps forward and 2 steps back. The good is that it's pretty easy to follow and connectivity seems better. The bad is that I found it harder to customise the watch back to the way I had it and, more importantly for me, the new control layout for audio is less useful. It's closer to Garmin watches, for those who know them, in that you don't have a single screen with skip forward/back/pause. Still do love the watch though.

I actually love the watch (stainless steel Hagen model), and the app is ok too! I love the changable soft buttons..so handy! I love that you can set a dial number for any type of notification. Plus the music controls are on point as well! I think I'll buy another model to add to my collection. Thanks Skagen (Fossile) for the bad A$$ timepiece!

The application is horrible. Since I updated to the last version, the watch and app are basically useless. The watch loses connection constantly when I try to track my workouts. The only way I can reconnect it is to delete the watch from the app and add it again, at which point all my stats are lost, and I need to set my notifications and everything again. Even when I'm not trying to track my runs and just use it for steps, heart rate, etc, the app will have issues displaying the previous days
