New app seems to be 2 steps forward and 2 steps back. The good is that it's pretty easy to follow and connectivity seems better. The bad is that I found it harder to customise the watch back to the way I had it and, more importantly for me, the new control layout for audio is less useful. It's closer to Garmin watches, for those who know them, in that you don't have a single screen with skip forward/back/pause. Still do love the watch though.

I actually love the watch (stainless steel Hagen model), and the app is ok too! I love the changable soft buttons..so handy! I love that you can set a dial number for any type of notification. Plus the music controls are on point as well! I think I'll buy another model to add to my collection. Thanks Skagen (Fossile) for the bad A$$ timepiece!

The notification does not go away, no matter how you set it to minimize. Most apps allow you to swipe away any notification so your notification drop down list isnt as busy. I called and the representative said that as of now, the developers do not have an option to take the notification away from my notification bar, but may include it in a future update. I have an android phone and have the skagen hybrid smart watch.

Thank you for submitting your review. We apologize for the increase in notifications. Android has released an update to notify you of applications that are impacting your battery. We would currently recommend hiding your notifications from the lock screen for your Skagen App. If you have any questions, please email us at social@skagen.com.
