Skin Tracker is a private, local-first photo journal designed to help you organize skin photos, log notes, and observe subtle changes over time.

Keep a secure visual record of skin changes, texture marks, irritation, cosmetic progress, skincare routines, or any other skin area you want to track—fully offline and under your control.

Ordinary photo albums get lost in your camera roll, and basic reminders don't link to specific locations. Skin Tracker is purpose-built to organize your observations in one private space, making it easy to prepare for your next dermatologist or doctor visit.

• Precise Anatomical MAPPING: Mark where each entry is located using a simple anatomical model map, so you always know exactly which photo belongs where.
• Side-by-Side COMPARISON: Compare photos from different dates side-by-side to observe visible differences in size, color, shape, or appearance.
• Reference-Based MEASUREMENT: Measure visual areas using a known-size reference object in the photo (like a coin). Mark the reference, enter its real-world size, and the app calculates dimensions directly.
• Entry Notes & Symptom LEVELS: Add written notes and log manual severity levels for itchiness, redness, discomfort, flaking, swelling, or bleeding.
