Finally after not being able to use the app and hear my tattoo for almost 2 years the recent update they did I can use it again 🙂. Don't know what they did but yet again the app doesn't pick up my tattoo just sits there and scans doesn't play, paid $50 with the special for 10 years and have only been able to use it for 1.5 years out of 5 so far still waiting on at least a partial refund for an app that rarely works

I love my tattoo and get compliments and questions about it all the time. But rarely does the app ever play my tattoo's audio clip. I will log out, log back in, always update, restart my phone, use mobile data, try wifi, etc. The app rarely ever works and it is very disappointing and embarrassing. More people would get these if it actually worked when I tried to show it off!

No longer works. Have had 3 years. Had no problems untill they took my last payment. Also can not get a response from anyone about the issue. This was so awesome when it was working. It breaks my heart to know i paid for a service that I will probably never be able to use again. Have tried reaching out to skin motion several times. Each time getting the same generated message with. No anwsers or help to get my service working.
