Skoolia is the official Android app for the school management platform at skoolia.com. Keep your school day organised with attendance, grades, timetables, fees and communication in one connected school app.

Built for school staff, teachers, parents and students, Skoolia shows the information and tools available to your account and school role.

FOR SCHOOL STAFF
Browse student and class records, review attendance and school fees, and follow admissions, expenses and approvals where your permissions allow. Authorised staff can update student contact details and basic class information directly in the app.

FOR TEACHERS
View your classes and published timetable, take attendance, read school announcements and exchange messages with your school community.

FOR PARENTS
Follow your child’s attendance, grades and assignments shared by the school. Check fee statements, receive school updates and stay in touch through messaging.

FOR STUDENTS
See your timetable, attendance and grades, follow assignments and announcements, and communicate with your school.

CONNECTED TO YOUR SCHOOL
Use the same Skoolia account as on the web. Features and records depend on your school’s setup and your permissions. Some advanced administration tools, including timetable generation and configuration, open Skoolia Web in your browser.

LANGUAGES AND DISPLAY
Choose English, French, Arabic or Spanish. Arabic supports right-to-left layouts. Use light or dark mode to suit your preferences.

GETTING STARTED
Sign in with your school account. School administrators can create a Skoolia school account from the signup screen. Parents, students and staff who need access should contact their school.
