※The following permissions are required when using the NUGU app.

1. Contact information: Used when setting up an emergency SOS recipient.
2. Location: Used to connect weather services and devices.
3. Files and media (photos and videos): Used when setting the device home screen.
4. Notification: Used to use the phone finding service.
5. Nearby device: Used when connecting a device. (Required from Android 12.0 or higher)
※You can use the service even if you do not agree to the optional access permission, but the provision of functions that require such permission may be restricted.
※ The function to set individual permissions is available starting from Android 6.0. When using a terminal lower than Android 6.0, selective consent/revocation of access permissions is not possible. We recommend upgrading to Android 6.0 or higher after contacting the device manufacturer.

스마트홈에서 세탁기 추가했는데 누구앱에서는 안보여요. 에어컨은 스마트홈앱에는 없는데 누구앱에는 있어서 스피커로 컨트롤이 되네요. 뭐가 문제일까요?

NUGU 서비스를 이용해 주셔서 감사합니다.
멜론계정을 카카오계정으로 가입하신 경우 멜론 앱에서 아이디를 등록하신 후 등록된 아이디를 NUGU 앱에서 연동하시면 멜론 서비스를 이용하실 수 있습니다.
1.멜론 앱-로그인-설정-내정보-멜론아이디 등록-아이디/비밀번호 설정
2.NUGU 앱-좌측 상단 ≡ 메뉴-설정-사용자설정-멜론-아이디와 패스워드 입력 후 연결하기를 누르시면 연결이 완료됩니다.
멜론 계정 생성 후 NUGU 앱에 아이디 연동이 원활하지 않을 경우 NUGU 고객센터(1670-0110)로 연락 주시면 더욱 자세히 안내해 드리겠습니다. 감사합니다.
