Difficult to make eclaims using mobile phone. After keying details. The keyboard hides the screen. Tapping next on the keyboard does not bring you to the next page. Closing the keyboard exits the app. Gave up and used PC instead.

Great App but Laggy. Does what it works but sometimes it's very infuriating to use it. Especially after latest update, it feels more slower. And when keying in the condition, you can only type 3 characters before it starts "freezing" to give you recommendations on what to type. I feel that it could be increased. And when you try to type the 4th or 5th character, it freezes again lol.

Im a software developer. I am absurdly astounded at the clunkiness of the app. Slow as f, 5mins login time, whether success or fail. Login keeps failing, everytime needs to reset password. Most importantly, it returns server no response after waiting for 5mins when login. Even when success, the app cannot list the map properly. Seriously, do you need free help, I can contribute, I cannot stand this stupidity
