About this app
The PreHabil Trial App offers current and reliable information (including exercise recommendations, diet, smoking cessation, post-operative, with text, images and / or figures), a diary for documenting e.g. performed exercises and activities for selected people. All information recorded in the diary is clearly presented in an overview, or "history".
Every week there is a weekly summary that shows what has been done in the last 7 days.
An individual exercise program can be created in the app, which is adapted to the needs of the patient. In principle, the exercise program is valid up to the date of the operation and notifications (so-called local “push messages”) are sent to the user as to when they should exercise.
Several standard exercise programs will be available which can be used, but can also be customized.
