This app and product are an abomination, DO NOT BUY IT. I selected this as a cheaper option to other wearables to get some insight on my sleep habits. The device never paired with the app, and after five emails asking for support there was no resolution. I sent the item back at my expense, and had to open a dispute with PayPal to finally get a refund of the purchase price. I could not have been more disappointed with the product, the service, and the amount of time it took for a refund.

This app doesn't work right. It recorded the beginning of my sleeping period, but whenever I got up to go to the bathroom and then returned to bed to get more sleep, it doesn't start up again. Being a diabetic this is a problem. Also, I've had to reset the device connection multiple times because the app is not picking up the signal. P.S. After several attempts to use the device with this app it finally started working, but only for 1 sleep time per day. Naps & interrupted sleep aren't recorded.

Very unstable and unpredictable blue tooth connection. Asks for location data (why..?). Sleep data is suspect. A firmware upgrade apparently exist, but I can't download it. Finally, the app could seriously use one quick brushthrough from a native English speaker. I will add - This is a really neat device with what looks like good engineering and design. The execution is all wrong tho.
