About this app

SleepSnore is a snore tracker and sleep tracker in one. Put your phone on the nightstand: it detects and records snoring, follows your breathing and movement with sonar (no smartwatch needed), estimates your sleep cycle and sleep phases, and wakes you with a smart alarm while you are sleeping lightly.

Everything is analysed on your phone. No account, no ads, no cloud – the app does not even have internet access.

SNORE TRACKER & SNORE RECORDER
• Detects possible snore events all night: when, how often and how loud you snore
• Sound timeline of the whole night with every snoring event marked
• Optional snore recorder and sleep talk recorder: short clips you can listen to in the morning
• Ignores your phone's own notification sounds

SONAR SLEEP MONITOR – NO WEARABLE NEEDED
• The phone plays a very high tone (18.5–20 kHz) that most adults cannot hear and reads the echo off your body
• Breathing rate, breathing regularity and body movement through the night
• A built-in test picks the best tone and volume for your phone

SLEEP TRACKER, SLEEP CYCLE & SLEEP SCORE
• Estimated sleep phases for every night: awake, light, deep and REM sleep
• Sleep score, time to fall asleep, awakenings, time awake and sleep efficiency
• Knows when you are using your phone (screen on, unlocked, or holding it while it plays sound) and counts that time as awake; a still phone with the screen off in a dark, quiet room counts as asleep
• Clear notes explain why each part of the night was counted as awake or asleep
• When it is unsure, it asks you ("were you asleep between 11:18 and 11:36?") and learns from your answer

SMART ALARM CLOCK
• Wakes you in light sleep inside a 10–45 minute window before your alarm time
• Gentle alarm sound that starts very quietly and slowly rises, then vibration
• Full-screen alarm over the lock screen, 9-minute snooze

ANTI SNORING NUDGE
• Optional soft vibration when snoring keeps going, to nudge you into another sleeping position without waking you
• The report shows how much snoring dropped after each nudge
• Place the phone on the mattress near your pillow to feel it

SLEEP ANALYSIS & TRENDS
• 7- and 30-night sleep trends, schedule consistency and plain-language insights compared with your own baseline
• Health Connect: import sleep stages, heart rate, HRV, breathing rate and blood oxygen from your watch (for example Galaxy Watch)
• Share a night's summary or export it as a file

AUTOMATIC SLEEP RECORDING
• Starts by itself at your bedtime and ends in the morning
• Bedtime reminder with one-tap start

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• No sign-up, no ads, no tracking, no internet access
• Sleep data and recordings stay in the app's private storage on your phone and are excluded from cloud backup
• Delete any night at any time

Tips
• Keep the phone on a charger overnight, about one metre from your head
• Sonar does not work on every phone – the in-app test tells you. Some pets can hear very high tones; turn sonar off if your pet reacts.

Important: SleepSnore is a wellness app, not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent sleep apnea or any other condition, and all results are estimates. If you snore loudly, choke or stop breathing during sleep, or feel very sleepy during the day, talk to a doctor.
