My experience has been extremely poor and, regrettably, I believe their operations amount to a scam, as do many others. I had £36 taken from my account without proper authorisation, and obtaining a refund has been a lengthy process. I am in touch with my bank and Trading Standards UK. The customer service is the worst I have experienced, and the machines are deeply flawed. Please check Trustpilot to see reviews of many others, not just me. Proceed with caution and be careful with your money.

Honestly very poor. First charger failed part way through a charge, so replaced it but was charged for a further rental fee! Customer services then offered a partial refund, but not enough to cover the fee, so instead of £9 it will cost £14!!!

Quick and easy way to charge up your phone on the move. They seem to charge fairly quickly as they are rated 5V 2.1A. Only thing I would say is that they are 5000mAh only so only good for one full charge on a modern smartphone, and it's not worth buying the powerbank at £30 because you can buy 5000mAh powerbanks elsewhere for cheaper. But overall, this is a good, quick, convenient way to charge up a phone on the go, and at £3 for 24 hours, its best to keep it for the day instead of an hour.
