I used the app to book a power bank and returned it as directed at their Trafford Centre outlet. I was told they did not get the power bank and was charged a total of £54 for this as my deposit of £36 was not refunded. This is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen in my life. Buying a new power bank would have cost even less, so I don't see why I would have kept their power bank. Anyway, it was a horrible experience & I definitely do not recommend.

Quick and easy way to charge up your phone on the move. They seem to charge fairly quickly as they are rated 5V 2.1A. Only thing I would say is that they are 5000mAh only so only good for one full charge on a modern smartphone, and it's not worth buying the powerbank at £30 because you can buy 5000mAh powerbanks elsewhere for cheaper. But overall, this is a good, quick, convenient way to charge up a phone on the go, and at £3 for 24 hours, its best to keep it for the day instead of an hour.
