Quick and easy way to charge up your phone on the move. They seem to charge fairly quickly as they are rated 5V 2.1A. Only thing I would say is that they are 5000mAh only so only good for one full charge on a modern smartphone, and it's not worth buying the powerbank at £30 because you can buy 5000mAh powerbanks elsewhere for cheaper. But overall, this is a good, quick, convenient way to charge up a phone on the go, and at £3 for 24 hours, its best to keep it for the day instead of an hour.

I had to stay in Birmingham for half day and was almost out of battery on my phone. With their power bank I charged around 60-70% of battery, not fast charging, paid 5£ for that. If you use it for less than an hour, then price is 3£, or you can keep the power bank for 19.99£, but it's not worth it, as you can buy a better one for that money. Good thing in an emergency situation.

Tried this as an ad hoc solution to dying phone battery while in London, and it proved to be insanely problematic and gave me lot of trouble. The pickup and return points are difficult to find and the app map is not precise, I couldnt find about 4 of the places. The app suddenly logged me out and I couldnt log back in, meaning I didnt know anything about the charger usage, maps or my costs. The chatbot also didnt really help, and there wasnt any other contact to be found.
