Ratings and reviews

I purchased the pro version of this software, which worked for testing purposes, but when it came to actually implementing, it was nothing but glitchy and inconsistent. All my purchase price got me was a little bit of troubleshooting via messenger DURING my event,that did not resolve the issue; at best it would only run a short while on its own before needing to be re-configured. I spent more time troubleshooting the software. After I expressed my dissatisfaction, all messages get ignored.

Terrible app with great customer support. you can have me do everything possible but if it doesn't work then it just doesn't work. I paid for the personal license but the app doesn't work on my Pixel 2 XL. Crashes at install and every time thereafter. I've tried installing on my fire tablet for months now also. So two high end devices and nothing. Broken app, don't waste your time.

It Works Great. The only downside is this App only takes 1 picture unlike other Apps that take 3 pictures. It would also be nice to get a couple other things without having to pay for the Complete App. No one wants to use the minimal App without seeing how some functions work. Please make these improvements. Because I don't buy Apps without seeing how some functions work!! You would have gotten 5 stars but your App only takes 1 picture at a time!!
