Terrible customer service. No reply from tech support. doesn't stay connected or connect at all to heart monitor. used to work fine. not the battery. will initially connect then during the workout disconnect and end the workout. can't reconnect at all or it will reconnect for a second then stay disconnected for good. i see others are having this issue and the response is that the update is supposed to address this, but my app is up to date and it still has the issue.

I use it with my Mio SLICE and it syncs well enough. Unfortunately, it doesn't sync workouts or sleep data to Google Fit, and to manually enter weight I have to tap "Connect To Scale" every time. It's counterintuitive, and it took me forever to figure out THAT'S how it syncs to Fit. It should say something like "Set Up Scale" and then, after selecting manual, remember that setting for the future, with an option to change the setup if I ever get a different scale. Otherwise, it's good enough.

I see that I am not the only one with Lynx2 problems. On June 22, the heart rate monitor disconnected from the app. I have uninstalled, reinstalled the app and no luck. I have reset heart rate and it won't reconnect. The Bluetooth on my phone shows the Lynx2 but won't connect. So frustrating that this product is so unreliable.
