I don't like my experience with your app recently I have been doing transaction on your app for quite a long time now and I keeping complaining issues but you don't give me response I have lost over $ 399 worth smart token because of how you are operating your app please let me have the refund of my money because I won't like to take the action against you because of that cause I have endured for too long please let be fair and you be fair in your business dealing with your customers

Yeah it seems simple and nice, but the reason it gets 2 stars is because it says I need to hold 50 smart to do transactions, which I don't mind. It's just there isn't a buy option in the app. And there's absolutely 0 exchanges that have it that I can use in the U.S.A. all the exchanges that do that I found only operate overseas. So I'm out of luck.

Not so smart.... Or it's only smart to get your money. Transferring crypto into this wallet is very fast and smooth, BUT the problem is when you try to transfer money out of it. I've been trying for two days, and I keep receiving this stupid error message: "Network is unreachable, please repeat the operation later". This has been going on for two days, and nobody returns my emais! Is this a scam???
