After the latest update, the app makes me sign in every single time. It’s frustrating and annoying. Now, after using this app for more than two years, it’s suddenly requiring new passwords every few months.

I've uninstalled and redownload this app a few times. It's up-to-date . I cannot even log in nor change my password I've contacted HR to try changing the password the app always responds 500-internal error every single time. I'd like to know why I can't log in or view anything. Thank God for the actual time clocks that require finger scans because apps don't always make everything more convenient. This is supposed to be a made easier to work app and it doesn't even function properly.

The Geo Location in the app rarely works on the first or second or fifth try when clocking in and out. Before clocking in or out I have to close out my applications in the background and open an app the tracks my location and then maybe the Smartlinx Go will work. There's been many times when it won't clock me in right away so it looks like I'm 5 to 10 minutes late to work. I feel like there's so many other apps that track my location right away and with accuracy so why can't do the same.
