Constantly having issues with the app as far as signing in and ability to clock in or out, which takes time away from my work and increases stress before the shift even begins.

After the latest update, the app makes me sign in every single time. It’s frustrating and annoying. Now, after using this app for more than two years, it’s suddenly requiring new passwords every few months.

I've uninstalled and redownload this app a few times. It's up-to-date . I cannot even log in nor change my password I've contacted HR to try changing the password the app always responds 500-internal error every single time. I'd like to know why I can't log in or view anything. Thank God for the actual time clocks that require finger scans because apps don't always make everything more convenient. This is supposed to be a made easier to work app and it doesn't even function properly.
