Ratings and reviews

at first i couldn't get it to work but it was all on me. i was the one doing things wrong. if you make the 30ft off to the side of pitching mound correctly and set up the mound to plate correctly it starts reading the pitch right away and you definitely have to use a tripod, you cant hold the phone. once it was set up it was very accurate and the app iv been waiting years to see in the app market! and its extremely affordable once you go past the 30 free pitches. 4.99 for a month, 14.99 yearly!

This app does exactly what is claims and does it very well. The data it processes is a lot of VERY precise math; inconsistencies WILL skew the data and slow down the app. First, if your phone has slower processing or lower quality camera, it will work. It's but not likely stalled or crashed, it just takes more front-loading to get the same job done. Be a little extra patient with your phone being pushed to its limits. Second, use a tripod, it's the best way to insure its data is consistent.

This app works and it's amazing. You get 30 free pitches. However I upgraded to full version and it's still stuck In trial mode. I will change review if I can get it unlocked to 5 stars and then some. *update* This was resolved by their team very quickly. What a game changer for parents and coaches! It works! I also used a Bluetooth speaker so it read out speeds and everyone could hear it easily.
