Every time my phone locks it has to start over on indexing. I finally got it to export and it prompted to "transfer" it. I hit cancel because I didn't want to share it with any apps, but then I wasn't able to find the file (even though the filename was listed on the "transfer" dialog. Please let the app run in the background and please just let it save the file to the device. The end.

The app is handy, but right now it only displays ALL CONVERSATIONS. My ISP and Google are great at syphoning off spam and blocked senders so I never have to see them, and I'll never export them, but this app shows EVERYTHING, and you have to weed through the junk to see what you want to export. The ability to perform a bulk selection and export would also be handy. The search function helps but isn't always efficient. With more selection options, this would be 5 stars.

I needed to export an SMS message string for a legal proceeding, and this app looked like it would be just what I needed. Unfortunately, it misses messages. It shows some messages in the string, but omits others. For my purpose, it's useless. But if you just want to export some random messages and you don't care if some messages are missing, go for it.
