Curious about how you run? Start with your own video.
Smart Running estimates pose landmarks on your device and shows image-plane angles with an observed frame. Revisit saved results, follow a flexible 7-day practice routine and keep GPS running records.
• Review your running video
Record a video or choose one from your gallery. Follow guidance for keeping your whole body and feet visible.
• See the frame behind the numbers
Review the knee angle and available trunk and shin tilts. If enough landmarks cannot be found, the app asks you to record again.
• Keep your results and continue your routine
Open saved analyses by date and resume the routine you selected. Previously saved results remain available.
• Practice, rest and record again
Choose easy running, walking, rest and another recording to suit your schedule. Use the workout timer and completion history.
• Track runs with GPS
See distance, time and pace, then save your run. Server records are separated using a private guest session.
• Share a result card
Choose whether to include values. The card does not include the original video or your GPS route.
Video processing happens on your device. Results and observed frames are saved locally and can be deleted in Settings; gallery originals remain unchanged.
New results are partial observations in a 2D image plane. They do not measure foot-strike timing, true 3D motion, injury probability or an overall form score. Camera angle, lighting, visibility and device performance affect results and processing time. This app is not for medical diagnosis or treatment.
