Would not recommend, comes with a subscription charge and does not transfer files directly. Twice when the phone got to around 60-70% transferred (which took over an hour to do) the app cut out. When I checked to see what had been transferred to the new phone there was nothing. My guess is that they transfer your data to a server, copy it, and then send a copy to your new phone. I found out how to clone my phone using the built in honor service and it took less than 10 minutes.

Did not work for me while costing me a bunch of time trying to debug and make sense of their counterintuitive setup. You have to have the app installed on both devices, but on one it kept trying to bill me again, then glitching out because it would detect my existing subscription.

absolutely absurd. takes ages. you can't use both new or old phones for 6 hours at least. if the screen locks. or you minimise the app or you get a notification you have to start all over again. useless advise anyone not to subscribe or use this app. I'm requesting a refund. what a waste of money and time
