Pointless. Just like SMBC phone customer service. Trying to change the bank account linked for payment. I can't do it online, so spend an hour waiting on hold for customer service. Customer service says I can only do this in the app, can't do it over the phone. I tell them that the app is just a front end for their website. "No, you can do it". Install app. It is just a front end for the website. I can't do it, as predicted. Once again, Japanese banks and apps are decades behind.

No english . The basic menu should have an english option atleast. It takes days before it shows your transaction after buying in a Famous Combini or Super Market. The advertisement they showed that you will get a notification after using your credit card is a Big Efn Lie.

No longer able to use this app. Over zealous security settings don't allow it to open on my Android phone. Caused by Play Integrity API or some other useless "upgrade"
