About this app

Plexus keeps track of everything that matters, so you don't have to.

It brings every renewal, birthday, and deadline into one reliable place — built to make sure nothing important slips through the cracks.

Unlike basic to-do apps, Plexus already understands what you need to track. Add a vehicle, and it automatically monitors your MOT, tax, and insurance renewal dates. Add a birthday, and it remembers every year without being asked twice. Add a subscription, and it warns you before you're charged again.

SMART DATES — REMINDERS THAT THINK AHEAD
Choose from built-in categories including Vehicles, Subscriptions, Visas & Passports, Pet Care, and Appointments, and Plexus handles the timing for you. Multi-stage alerts escalate as a deadline approaches, giving you early warning instead of a last-minute scramble.

DESIGNED FOR RELIABILITY, NOT CLUTTER
• Reminders appear as clear, actionable notes — not notifications you dismiss and forget
• Snooze with a custom duration, or mark as handled
• Personalise notes with colours and styling
• Light and dark themes
• Works fully offline — no account required

FREE TO START. ONE UPGRADE, NO SUBSCRIPTIONS.
Plexus is free to use from day one. A single one-time upgrade removes ads, unlocks unlimited custom categories, weekly cloud backup, and premium themes — with no recurring charges, ever.
