This app feels like a scam. I signed up for what was advertised as a free trial, but I was immediately charged $53 for a one-year subscription. I contacted the customer service by email, and they told me to request a refund through Google Play. I did, but I never received my money back. It is also not working. If developers are reading this, I expect a refund as soon as possible!!

Worst printer I ever owned. Avoid. Every time I need to print anything it's frustration and there's no support. I've opted to pay for printing in local library rather than deal with the stress of using the printer. At least in the library I know I can get my print jobs done with the correct colours and better quality. If I could I'd give it no stars I would.

the app isnt user friendly. they hoodwink you into taking the year subscription to get a three day trial. but to stop the payment it must be processed and then you make a claim to the app store. there is no option to cancel in the app.
