Worst printer I ever owned. Avoid. Every time I need to print anything it's frustration and there's no support. I've opted to pay for printing in local library rather than deal with the stress of using the printer. At least in the library I know I can get my print jobs done with the correct colours and better quality. If I could I'd give it no stars I would.

This is a fake app, that makes you think it's HP's printing and scanning app that comes up on the top when you search for an hp smart app. Once you install, it even asks to pair a printer and it will just fake and say that the printer was detected. Then it will ask you to pay for a subscription making you wonder why HP is asking for payment for an app when you already paid for a printer. It shows 3 day trial on annual subscription and no trial on monthly subscription, once paid it won't work.

I subscribed for free trial and they collected £52 from my account instead. please can I get my money back? This is fraud. Please I want my money back, how can you guys quickly collect money while app says free trial. To make matter worst the app isn't working.
