All documents are legally and securely executed through the App using Docusign.
REGISTRATION AND SET UP OF CORPORATE ENTITY
If you opt for a corporate trustee structure or also require a custodian trustee, for limited recourse borrowing arrangements, the company set up and registrations are completed by the Create SMSF team and these are included in the one-off SMSF establishment cost.
SMSF Registration with the ATO
All SMSFs established through Create SMSF are registered with the ATO by the Create SMSF team, and the cost of doing so is included in the one-off SMSF establishment cost.
DOCUMENT STORAGE
Never lose or chase old accountants for your SMSF establishment documentation. Create SMSF stores all your SMSF documents securely in App, indefinitely at no additional or on-going cost. Available for you to download whenever you need, ensuring you are always compliant with the legislative requirements of retaining documentation.
Additionally, store on-going SMSF documentation such as invoices or statements in App in the appropriate financial year folder, to allow swift and efficient SMSF administration and reporting.
LIVE DASHBOARD
Opt to have your SMSF managed on the Class SMSF Administration software to receive live SMSF bank account(s), investment and contributions received data on the Create SMSF dashboard, once it has been established and registered.
SMSF ADMINSTRATION AND ANNUAL REPORTING
Streamline on-going SMSF administration and annual reporting by opting for tax agent appointment after SMSF establishment in the App, the payment for this service is not collected in App, as Create SMSF is not a tax agent. This payment will be due annually when the fund’s annual return is ready to be lodged with the ATO and collected by the appointed tax agent. This will provide your SMSF with the following:
An electronic service address; allowing your SMSF to receive rollovers and contributions.
Allow your SMSF to be managed on the Class SMSF Administration software; this will enable you to receive automated bank and investment data feeds to your dashboard in the Create SMSF App.
Support contact with SMSF tax and compliance specialists.

Create SMSF is not affiliated with any financial advisors or investment advisors or investment companies, you are truly independent to make your own investment choices and are free to engage your own professionals that meet your specific SMSF investment needs.

All information and documentation stored on Create SMSF is held securely and this information is never shared with any other parties. Create SMSF will never request you to transfer any of your superannuation balance(s) to itself or to any other institution.
