All I have to say is that it's GUT WRETCHINGLY HORRIBLE. I wouldn't even give it a star IF I COULD. In order to vote it's either you earn hearts through ads or purchase from the app. The first few days I have been able to watch ads and earn hearts without any problem but three days ago it started not giving any ads AT ALL. Now, there is one ad but it keeps saying that it's already been claimed, though my account is still as empty as ever. With all due anger, eat turd<3

Horrendous for international fans. Language changing doesn't work, the app will not respond when it does take you to an external site for a task. and then all of the pop ups are in a different language so you don't even know what you're doing wrong.

worst voting app ever👎🏼Initially collecting hearts on allchart was very easy and comfortable but why the end of July even now (August) suddenly disappeared youtube ads??? And can't collect heart anymore???? This is really unfair! If from the beginning it was only for Korean fans, why wasn't there any announcement? International fans also want to collect hearts for their idols too!
