I recently tried Snap Tap Relax. I was skeptical at first as all you have to do is take a selfie and it analyzes your face, and then this app guides you to 9 relaxation modes. I used the muscle melt it was 2 hours long. You press start and go about your day while it stays on in the background of your smartphone. It didn't use up my battery. no phone issues. my only complaint would be that it doesn't make any sound. So I restarted it twice as I wasn't sure it was working

Before using the app: from 1-10, how stressed I am- 10. I feel stressed, stretched thin. I feel overwhelmed and don't know how the near future is going to work out for me. I feel extremely tense and high strung. About 8 minutes in I began to feel confused or lighter. I'm not tgink8ng about my stresses as much. And I'm not focusing on everything all at once time. I do feel more awake suddenly. About 18 mins in I feel more carefree yet focused on my goal for the day.

I installed, uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times but could never even get past the sign up screen. It just continually gives me an error saying there is no Internet connection and to check my wifi or cellular data. But I have plenty of data, with great service working for everything else on my phone. So I uninstalled and don't see a point in trying any further.
