Very sluggish. Need lot of navigation. Good back to home page with every back stroke. Portfolio doesn't refresh on it own, nor there is any refresh button. No linkage to fundamental analysis or reports. Not expected from HDFC Group. Glitches like "try again" make you lose money at a very opportune moment. There are many other standalone brokers with lightening fast app with smooth trades.

This is a headache app. You enter correct password but it says incorrect. You reset your password and try again, it says account locked. You unlock your account but again password wrong and the cycle goes on. Just loggin in to the app is a bug hurdle. Hdfc doesn't care about its customers, only selling their products.

The app has a basic interface if compared to other competitors. The interface isn't intuitive and doesn't provide advance features. Just a suggestion, if you want to standout in the market, please enhance the user experience. On-board the experienced UI designer.
