worst app, no option to contact customer care, the customer care number is paid number, that too gives no option to talk to actual person, its just automated and dont have the options to resolve anything. no option to do any advance payment, no option to foreclose any loan, no option to get any issue resolved after raising any issue it auto gets resolved next day whiteout any intimation or actual resolution. i think you guys buy these fake 5 star reviews as actual user will never give you that.

unfortunately the 1 star isn't available as an option. I'm literally having a headache with you guys. The due payment is usually debited from my account through g pay upi. for this month the amount is debited twice. It has been 15 hours since the flaw happened and you guys still find no answers from your side.. Shame on you

Very poor customer service. No convenient language support, calls get disconnected, and there is no option to change the EMI date. My salary comes on the 5th, while EMI is on the 3rd, so I have paid ₹1,000+ in late charges many times. At foreclosure, I was asked to pay around ₹20,000 extra as charges. Processing fees are also high, and there is no proper refund facility for excess payments. Overall, a very disappointing experience. I strongly recommend avoiding app-based loans and choosing a ban
