About this app

Someone dismisses your idea. Someone takes the credit. Someone asks a question that is really a test. Most of us improvise in that moment - and then replay it for a week.

SNAXE is short daily practice for difficult conversations at work.

Each Lesson drops you into a real workplace scene - a boss who pushes, a coworker who takes the credit, a manager who moves the goalposts, a colleague who praises you in the room and undermines you outside it - and asks what you would actually say. You choose, you see where it lands, you go again. Five minutes a day.

Like Duolingo, but for workplace resilience.

In five minutes a day, SNAXE trains you to:
• Hold your position when a conversation turns
• Answer dismissiveness, manipulation, gaslighting and passive-aggression
• Set boundaries without damaging the relationship
• Read difficult behavior early, before it escalates
• Say the thing you would normally leave unsaid

Backed by research. Every Lesson is built on CBT, DBT and emotion regulation research - not self-help opinions.

Built like a game. Lessons come in several forms - quick decisions, sorting, open answers, and branching scenes where one choice changes the next - grouped into chapters on a jungle map. Streaks, XP and achievements keep you coming back until the skills stick, and Charlie, your guide, is with you the whole way. Daily reminders are optional and yours to switch off.

What you practice
Assertive communication and boundaries. Handling manipulation, gaslighting and passive-aggression. Staying steady in conflict. Asking for what you are owed. Giving and taking hard feedback. Speaking up in the room where it counts - one-to-ones, stand-ups, performance reviews, team meetings and the message that lands at 9pm.

Who is SNAXE for?
Anyone who has ever left a meeting thinking "I should have said something." It works the same whether you are in tech, healthcare, finance, service or a corporate office. Any job, any level, no experience needed.

Five minutes. One conversation. Start today.

Available in English.
Practice difficult conversations with a boss or coworker. Short daily Lessons.

What’s new

Scores are fairer and clearer. Exactly 90% now earns three stars in every Lesson type, every answered step earns a point - including one the clock beat you to - and the result pages fit small screens without cutting off the takeaway.

Profile: each button now says what it does and what it saves. Achievements: "Perfect Scores" says what it counts.

Fixes: a Lesson's countdown no longer keeps running after you leave it, and replaying an open-question Lesson starts with a clean slate.
