I signed up for the trial, but was unable to access it to use my free 10 credits for multiple days until my trial was almost over. It was due to a bug on their end, and by the time they fixed it, I only had a couple days left, and I wasn't able to use my credits on those days. I asked them to simply reset my trial, but they told me that there's absolutely no way for them to reset my trial. Even if support didn't have the tools to do this, I highly doubt an engineer couldn't go restart my trial.

Used to just pay in dollars to book places, now you have to have a subscription that dispenses credits that you have to use. You get 20 credits a month, which isn't at all helpful when the yard you want to book requires 8 credits instead of just allowing you to spend $8. Much more complicated and inconvenient as heck. I just want a place I can regularly take my reactive dog to so that she can run and play 2x a week, and to pay for that when I can use it. This credit subscription model is a joke.

Go back to the old way! I want to pay an hourly money fee for a place, I should not have to sign up for a subscription to get 'credits' to use. You are losing so much business doing this. I refuse to sign up the subscription way! This app was supposed to allow me to find places for my dog to free roam without the hassle of running into other dogs/people. Stick up for the pet community and go back to the amazing app that you were!
