Used to be able to book without a subscription. Can't even see availability now. Support stopped responding to me. I have an account that made bookings before November 2024 which according to their policy still should be able to make bookings without a subscription. Instead, it's a $60/month subscription. Outside of that, this is a great service, but I literally can't use it. I'm trying to make my elderly dog's summer memorable but they don't care.

This ad popped up on my fyp. It would be perfect for us. We do not have a fenced yard. With 2 reactive dogs we cannot go to the dog parks. This looked like the perfect solution to get our dogs out and about. I downloaded the app, only a 7 day free trial, I can't see if there are any placed near me, I hesitated. After reading the reviews of the credit subscription system, I've decided not to even try it. Would have been nice to just book and pay as needed.

I was fine with the subscription, but not the lack of transparency around credits. There is no way to check in the app to see when your credits will expire. There is no way to see a history of where you've spent credits or see your credits that have expired. This seems like a really basic function of any app where there are transactions. You can cancel your subscription at any time, but your credits will then expire. It felt like they were looking for any way to steal from me.
