Just started playing and it seems to be going well so far, however, I made the $0.99 purchase to remove the ads, which I thought would allow me to unlock the ability to get the skin items and beans you receive when watching the ads, but this doesn't seem to be the case. For instance, the Elvis-style hairdo was unlockable after watching an ad, but now it costs 1 bean. 3 beans are available for watching an ad, but when you click on the button to play the ads, which still appears, nothing happens.

Pretty happy with this game. It's quite simple, fun and relaxing. Developer did a great job! Possible bug - when I mind controlled an enemy unit (spider) I was able to pick up the power up (+1 health if I remember correctly). It showed the text "Now I feel stronger" or something. Was the power up eventually applied to the player's unit I cannot remember - most likely not.

The premise of the game is really fun and interesting and is one of those "easy to pick-up, hard to master" ones I like so much. But! The game suffers for lack of information and explanation - while I am fun of very short, interactive tutorials like the one in the game, it leaves you wondering - how does your deck work? When are cards cycled? What do the numbers on some cards mean? How do certain abilities interact? What is this "bottom banner" I can remove? The game has you hunting for the answers and dumps you in the middle and you will either figure it out (and stay) or leave frustrated because you keep dying and have no idea why....
