I think this app was created in 2001 & not updated since. Multiple locations but I visited the Schaumburg, IL one. This is one of those businesses, whoever owns it prob lives in another country & visits 1x per year to check on it. Definitely don't maintain it, that's for sure. Always something broken, not working, loss of funds, if it was broken but 'fixed', it's done with some duct tape, chewing gum & popsicle sticks...good as new! No water pressure today, no soap bubbles tmrw, app scanner next

READ THESE REVIEWS! This app and car wash are horrible. I've been trying to get access to the wash club for almost 2 weeks now after getting a new phone and "Michelle" can't help me. She seems to be the only person that works there. They don't answer their phone or respond to emails. They found a way to take my $30 though. Horrible service and mediocre car wash. Stay away. 8/13/19 UPDATE: They are now ignoring my calls and emails and have yet to issue my refund. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR CC INFO!!!

Impossible to use! Signed up for wash club and didn't use due to app issues. They keep taking my money every month anyway because there is no way to remove the payment card. Worst app ever!
