All Aboard is a cruise companion that helps you keep track of ship time, your all-aboard deadline at every port, and your whole itinerary — all without needing a Wi-Fi connection.
Cruise lines often run their own apps, but those need the ship's Wi-Fi to work and don't follow you ashore. All Aboard runs entirely on your phone. No account, no sign-up, your cruise data stays on your phone.
PLAN A CRUISE IN UNDER A MINUTE
A guided 3-step setup builds your cruise on first run:
• Step 1 — Cruise line, embark port, sail date
• Step 2 — Disembark date, port, paid-in-full
• Step 3 — One row per day for ports and sea days
Defaults handle the round-trip case (same disembark port, same embark) so you can usually breeze through. Edit any detail later in the planning screen.
BEFORE YOUR CRUISE
A live home-screen countdown shows how many days, hours, and minutes until you sail. We'll remind you 90 / 30 / 7 / 1 days out so the trip stays on your radar and if you mark the cruise as not paid in full, you'll also get a reminder before your cruise line's final-payment deadline.
ON SAIL DAY AND IN PORT
Before heading ashore, set the ship's time zone offset, confirm your all-aboard time, and tap LET'S GO. The app will:
• Schedule a full-screen alarm at your chosen lead time before all-aboard
• Syncs to a Wear OS watch tile
• Show a color-coded countdown on phone, widget, and watch
HOME-SCREEN WIDGET
Add the widget for a glance from your home screen:
• Ship Time at the top
• All-aboard time in bold red
• Color-coded countdown (green, orange, red as time runs short)
WEAR OS COMPANION
Free Wear OS companion app on the Play Store. Once installed:
• Live countdown Tile that updates every minute
• Watch-side alarm that vibrates independently of the phone
MULTIPLE CRUISES + HISTORY
Plan more than one cruise at a time. Already booked next year's trip while you're on this one? Add it. Cruise History keeps every trip you've ever taken, with a world map that fills in port by port.
SHARE WITH YOUR TRAVEL PARTNER
Need to share with your travel partner. Sharing works phone-to-phone or Android-to-iPhone. Open the share menu and either:
• Generate a QR code on your phone they scan with All Aboard from their phone.
• Share a backup file via email or quick share or air drop.
TRAVEL DOCS (ESSENTIALS)
Keep your boarding pass, passport photo, cabin assignment, allergies / medications, booking info, and muster station one tap away, fully offline. Cruise documents stay with the right trip; personal info (medical, notes) carry across.
SMART REMINDERS
We'll proactively send reminders for:
• Final-payment due dates
• Each port-day morning
• Countdown milestones
