This seems like a great way to become a brand ambassador, in theory, the app just doesn't work very well. I just ordered my first PR box, but the email confirmation was messed up. My feed had an error message so I cleared cache and it unsubscribed me from the area I'm a leader in. I sent a support ticket and now I can't even open the app without it crashing.

I've been using SocialLadder for several years for festival promotion. I used to encounter glitches, but they've really revamped the app and UI over time, and anytime there's an issue now, it gets solved promptly or they'll start working on a solution. I really like how easy it is to post directly on different social media platforms from the app.

If your app is supposed to track participation in rewards programs, yet can't do basic math, then your app is a failure. Add to this, its clunky UI plus the abysmal "tech" support, and you've got a real stinker. Wish it was possible to rate it "no stars". Needs a complete overhaul.
