I really wanted to love this. It is exactly what I've been looking for in concept. I got the subscription it blocks reels in the app fine but if you want ad blocking you have to use it in the app. Which I don't mind BUT it is incredibly glitchy!!! it's constantly skipping around. won't refresh your feed or clear notifications until it randomly decides it will. it's super bummer because this is exactly what I've been looking for.

Fails to perform as designed. 1) I blocked certain social sites on my phones web browser and they wouldn't stay blocked even if the app says they are actively blocked, I could still navigate to them. 2) the app doesn't block scrolling reels on Instagrams home page, only the reels tab, which is just as bad. I would want to be able to see my friends' posts without blocking the entire home page but there's no option for this. I spent no less time scrolling as a result of this app.

Practical but at a cost. I think that this app is actually well made. I think it has great intentions, and I think the functionality actually works really well once the apps are connected. My biggest issue is that for the app to actually block scrolling on the social apps themselves, there is a price point. So you have to do everything locally within this application for free. I don't want to personally pay a subscription to use my already free apps and lose functionality within them too.
