It's a great app. I utilize it for telling me the time my husband has been sober. It does have additional features that I find neat but dont use, like showing how much money you've saved not being in active addition, can customize the background and such. Sobriety is a daily battle and not easy. Knowing how long and hard you've battled can help you keep going.

The functions available for the free version really show they want to provide a tool for people to get sober. They could have just made a timer and called it good but they offer more like, allow you to track how much you're saving on average now that you aren't spending on your substance of choice. I find that to be a great motivator. They also provide motivational quotes, mile stones, and multiple profiles if you are trying to kick more than one vice.

so many ads. basically one every other action. want to exit the entry you just wrote? here's a really intrusive ad. it makes trying to navigate the app so difficult. despite its biggest flaw, I have used this app for about three years by now. it's good for tracking relapses but not much else. there is a journaling feature and that is where you will see a majority of the ads I'm talking about. if you just need a place to track your addictions, this app can do that
