In terms of Health Declaration, our app offers the following services.

Clinical decision support:
Our application offers support for clinical decision making through video consultations with internists and pediatricians. Users can schedule and conduct remote medical consultations, facilitating quick and convenient access to professional medical care.

Medical reference and education:
We provide a complete directory of doctors of various specialties, their office locations, and hospitals close to the user's geographic location. This functionality allows users to easily find the specialized care they need and obtain educational information about their health.

Medication and pain management:
Users can access a complete history of their consultations, both video and in-person consultations, which includes diagnoses and medical prescriptions issued by doctors. This information helps users manage their medications and other indications efficiently and centrally within the application.

Emergency and first aid:
In emergency situations, users can request an ambulance or dial an international assistance number if they are outside of Mexico, directly from the application. This feature ensures that users have immediate access to emergency and first aid services when they need it most.

Healthcare services and management:
The application allows users to schedule appointments with an assigned primary care physician, request reimbursement for previously incurred medical expenses. In addition, users can view the characteristics of their health plan, including sum insured, coinsurance, as well as services outside of coverage, providing complete and transparent management of their health services.
