This review is just for the app. It crashes a lot, especially when internet connection is lost. Additionally, they should make the programs downloadable so that losing all the workout's info doesn't happen when it does crash. Once there's an internet connection, it can sync. Then in the workout itself, there's no way to preview or check what's coming up, so if you're crunched for time you can't adapt the workout to fit a timeline. Needs better usability.

Good programming. Bad app. Exercise history function never works, requiring you to exit your workout and manually review data from a previous workout. A paper journal would be just as easy. If you use other apps during the workout, e.g. music or interval timer, it can cause the workout to close, usually deleting data from the current set. Video demo's are good, but it still tries to load the old videos first for some reason. For $35/mo I should get less cute skits and more app functionality.

Let me first say the content Soflete brings is awesome. I've been training using their programs for the past several months. Ive noted a marked increase in athletic performance; I believe I have the Soflete team to thank for that. Unfortunately, the app is rough. There is little organization to the dashboard. Cycle management/selection could be better. Supplemental breaks stuff. It'd be nice to have a calendar that allows to overlay your primary and supplemental cycles. Pls keep improving!
