I've tried this, cronusfit, mtn tough, and other workout apps. this is the most expensive but best bang for your buck. it covers everything from warm up, cool down, individual exercises with video demonstrations, and nutrition. the broad range of workouts is also nice because I can do CrossFit for one workout program and then change it up and do strength or body building or train for a marathon after. best workout app there is.

Great programs. currently doing Munny from the garage gym and have to say it isn't easy. However it is by far the by overall program I have ever done. No other program has had this balance of strength, running, swimming, shooting, and work capacity. I'm sorry each day but in the best condition I've been in a while.

The app has tons of loading issues and is jank af. I used soflete for many years, even back to when they were still on train heroic because the training has been phenomenal. The app has never been user-friendly nor reliable. The training programs on it are great and diverse enough to the level you want to be at. This would be 5 starts if the thing worked correctly and consistent.
