a very nice mfb that has a heart of helping people but the app is just too way behind others. you can't update your details until customer service attend to you and yet the problem still persist. now I can borrow a loans nor update my utility bill

it's good bank But I have a an issue I got a new phone and I have been trying to clear my loan since before September 8 I can't access my account and I believe the Loan is increasing you guys better Send code because I keep trying to verify the new device as my new access to my account but the code is taking forever mind you if this persist I won't pay any other interest in the loan

my account was blocked i have tried to reach out to you people on email i was as to send my details wish I did,yet i can still log into my account
