I signed in the app, but they didn't ask to set up my username and password. then after filing the registration form I got exited from the app and when I reopened it, the app required the username and password. After many days I got a WhatsApp message from a guy saying He's from ktrade, he asked what issue are you facing in signing in then I explained the issue to him that I don't have username and password so he said there is some missing info and asked for my documents and details.

This is a very pathetic app. It consumes more than 75% of my mobile battery. The login process is quite slow. Once I login and then logout and if I try to login again, it doesn't do this and I have to reinstall the app multiple times.

I am disappointed with the performance of this trading app. The application is extremely slow and often takes too long to respond, which can cause users to miss important trading opportunities. Another major issue is that buy orders are sometimes executed at a higher price than the one selected by the user, resulting in unexpected costs and a poor trading experience.
