*First Qualifying Direct Deposit must be received into the member’s account within 60 days successful enrollment. First Service will deposit $50 after the first month in which a total of $1,000 or more in Qualifying Direct Deposits is received; $75 will be deposited after the second month in which a total of $1,000 or more in Qualifying Direct Deposits is received; $125 will be deposited after the third month in which a total of $1,000 or more in Qualifying Direct Deposits is received. Qualifying Direct Deposits are defined as deposits from an enrolled member’s employer, payroll provider, benefits provider, pension, or the government (such as Social Security) via ACH deposit. External ACH transfers not from employers, verification or trial deposits from financial institutions, peer-to-peer transfers from services such as PayPal, Cash App, or Venmo, mobile check deposits, cash loads or deposits, and any deposit which First Service deems to not be legitimate are not Qualifying Direct Deposits. An ACH direct deposit made available early with Early Payday does not count toward the bonus requirements until it posts to your account and is no longer pending (e.g. the pay date scheduled by your payer). Limit $250 in bonus payouts per member. Certain restrictions may apply.

Horrible! I do not like the New Change to Digital Banking. Having constant issues that I have never had before. The App always has an error. Extremely frustrating. I do not have time to continuously make a call to the Call Center regarding an easy issue. I work for a living. My time is Valuable. Do not appreciate wasting 40 minutes to an hour to change my pin in which the App will not allow!

You open the app, it says "Update Now", it brings you to Google Play Store, but there's no Update. Just Open. So in a loop you go of trying to Open and Update with no result. Very frustrating that I can't use the app now. I used to love the app, now it's just taking up space. Been a week, still not working, reduced from 3 stars to 1 star ...

I have attempted this app more than a dozen times. I have been trying all week. there was a big push, but its inaccessible. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. I'm continually instructed to update the app. 01.05.2026 Nothing has changed. I keep uninstalling and reinstalling with the same results. even reached out to tech support last month via their website. no response in over 2 weeks. someone wrote that there is no app for Android, only Apple currently. if that's true...🙄 02.03
